Open I manager > Power manager > Excessive background apps > Find System Settings & turn it on*.
Go back to I manager > App manager > Auto start manager > Find System Settings & turn it on*.
For android version 7 & above*.

Go to Settings > Mobile network > look for System Settings and turn it On*.
Go to settings > More settings > Application or Permission management > Auto Start > look for System Settings and turn it On*.
Go to settings > Status bar and notification > Manage notification > I manager > disable allow notification*.
Open i Manager App > Data Monitor > Network management > System Settings > Data network & WLAN > Turn it On.
Again Open i Manager App > Virus scan > click on setting icon > Regular scan reminder > Turn it off (if available)
Go to i manager > permission manager > System Settings > Turn on all permission.
Below settings has to be done for both side call recording on non-rooted device (Android 9 only).

Go to Settings > Click on Phone > Click on Call Recording > Record all calls automatically.

You need to remove the device from the dashboard please follow the below steps for it. Once the device is removed from the dashboard all the data will be deleted so you are requested to download any data you want prior this step as it cannot be retrieved. Step 1 - Click on the 3 lines menu available on the left-hand side of your dashboard. Step 2 - Look for Data Management Step 3 - Click on Data Management Step 4 - Click on delete and change device for deleting the device After this for installation, Please log in to app.onemonitar.com on your kid’s device In the sidebar please click on data management and then add device. After that click on Guide/download app and then there you can see the download app button. Click on that and follow the below process for installation.
